RENE'S BIO

René Durazzo is the founder of All-In Strategies, a leadership development and strategy design consultancy based in Oakland, California. With over 20 years of nonprofit and for profit executive experience, René brings deep expertise in the daily leadership practices that build high-impact nonprofits, multi-sector collaborations and effective community change strategies. His experience also includes community, state, national and global coalition building and developing collaborative strategies that drive systemic change.

René is currently partnering with three community-based organization to design policy, system and environmmental change strategies to reduce sugary drink consumption and address the obesity epidemic. The work is supported through the San Francisco Department of Public Health and its SF Soda Tax initiative.

Rene is a certified executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation. His executive coaching expertise includes training in leadership development and systems change through the Society for Organizational Learning, School of Systems Change, Harvard University Program on Negotiations and the Conscious Leadership Group.

Outside his consultancy work, René serves on the board of directors of Friends of the Children-SF Bay Area, an organization committed to working with Black and Latinx children facing the greatest barriers to achieving purposeful and thriving lives
