René Durazzo launched All-In Strategies over 15 years ago to support a brand of change that leads to high-performing organizations, leadership and community collaboration.

With over 20 years of nonprofit and for-profit executive experience, René brings deep expertise in the daily leadership practices that build high-impact organizations, multi-sector collaborations and effective change strategies. His experience also includes leading community, state, national and global coalitions and developing collaborative strategies that drive systemic change.

 

In addition to his executive experience, René’s expertise includes training in systems change through the Society for Organizational Learning, School of Systems Change, Cornell University and IDEO University. René is also trained in negotiation and dispute resolution through certificate programs at Harvard University,  Creighton University  and the Edwards Academy. He is also a certified executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute, the International Coach Federation and the Conscious Leadership Group.

 

Outside his consultancy work, René is an active member of the Latino Advocacy and Leadership Association in Washington State, served for 10 years on the  board of directors of Friends of the Children-SF Bay Area, an organization committed to working with Black and Latine children facing the greatest barriers to achieving purposeful and thriving lives and is active in other community change efforts.
